DELIVERY COSTS
Free shipping is available on all orders $500.00 and over Within NSW. For orders below $500, we charge $11.00 + GST for NSW. anything shipping to other States will be charged $15.00 on all orders $500.00 and above.

DELIVERY TIMES
most orders will arrive within 5-7 working days from purchase. Deliveries to Rural area may take up to 7 working days. Any item has decoration e.g. embroidery , screen print vynl transfer etc may take 10-15 after approval from client's side.

For any express or urgent deliveries, please get in touch with us to discuss what we can do to meet your deadline. for express courier will be charged accordingly.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
Star Uniforms Australia offers refunds on purchases if they are returned in original condition and packaging within 7-days of delivery of the goods. Unfortunately, any decorated items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

Unless you have received faulty or the incorrect item, please notify us with in 3 days from the day client receive the order. shipping costs for returns must be paid for by the customer if change of size, colour etc and restocking fee will be applied which is $15 or 10% of the order value, which ever is high. Please contact us ASAP if you have received any faulty or wrong order with in 3 days from the day you receive the order. 

PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURN NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS/GOODS.
